Æblecidereddike - Naturlig Hår Balsam

Apple cider vinegar is a great product for skin and hair care.

Rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar (also called ACV) and you'll see why it's so amazing.

Pure, organic apple cider vinegar preserves the natural enzymes, bacteria, pectin and trace minerals that are really good for your health – as well as your hair.

There are many products on the market today that claim to make your hair soft and silky. But many of these products can be too aggressive on your scalp and hair, ultimately causing problems like hair loss and dandruff.

Hence, opting for milder and more natural alternatives such as apple cider vinegar is advisable, as it are gentler on your hair while still delivering the same benefits as commercial products.

As mentioned above, there are a lot of different hair care products that actually harm your hair and scalp as they change your natural pH balance, leaving your hair dry and porous.

Hair needs to maintain a pH between 4 and 5, the acidity of apple cider vinegar can help achieve this balance. And by choosing apple cider vinegar, you restore your natural pH without damaging the natural oils produced by your scalp.

Apple cider vinegar can help to:

Thanks to its antibacterial and antifungal properties, apple cider vinegar helps fight bacteria and fungi that cause dandruff and an itchy and dry scalp. Dandruff can occur due to a number of different causes, but it most commonly occurs when the fungus FM (formerly known as Pityrosporum ovale) is present. This fungus causes small crusts, irritates the scalp, and can eventually result in an infection.

Apple cider vinegar acts as a powerful disinfectant that fights this type of fungus.

Apple cider vinegar helps detangle your hair, leaving it softer and more manageable as it closes the cuticle. It is a perfect alternative to commercially available hair conditioners. While it cares for the health of your hair and leaves it shiny. Also effective to use after hair coloring as it neutralizes and seals the color inside the hair.

Stimulates hair growth

The same antiseptic and disinfecting properties that help fight the kinds of problems that lead to dandruff also stimulate better circulation in the scalp. This strengthens the roots of your hair and promotes healthy growth.

For a natural conditioner, use a jug of water approx. 1 litre. Add about 15 ml (3 tablespoons) of apple cider vinegar and stir.
